OUR STORY:
We are Parveen and Pradeep — two engineering graduates who once sat in the same classroom, quietly convinced we were meant to build something larger than a career.
We didn’t start with capital. We didn’t start with a family business, an investor, or a safety net. What we had was a principle we still hold today: earn first, borrow never. So before we built anything else, we built ourselves — spending our first couple of years in real estate, learning the industry from the ground up. It taught us what clients actually expect, where most companies quietly fall short, and how to survive in a market that doesn’t forgive inexperience.
Our first real opportunity came through a family connection — a government civil construction tender that had already been awarded, but needed the technical expertise to execute it properly. We stepped in. We delivered. And that one project became the foundation everything else was built on.
In 2013, we turned that foundation into a company: Innocepts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We secured a government contractor license and began working on public infrastructure — roads, bridges, canal construction — the kind of work that leaves no room for shortcuts. It’s where we earned our first reputation: for showing up on time and for doing the work right.

Mr Parveen Panghal, Co-Founder and Director of Innocepts RMC, is an engineering graduate and entrepreneur driven by a strong belief in quality, commitment, and self-reliance. Starting with no external funding, he gained valuable industry experience in real estate before laying the foundation for the Innocepts Group. His leadership focuses on customer trust, operational excellence, and delivering quality infrastructure solutions.

Innocepts RMC was founded by Parveen and Pradeep, two engineering graduates who met in college and dreamed of building something bigger than themselves. Starting with zero funding in 2013, they leveraged their technical expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction to build Faridabad’s No. 1 RMC plant from the ground up.
