We are Parveen and Pradeep, two engineering graduates who once sat together in the same college, dreaming of building something bigger than themselves. We didn’t have a family fortune, or even a business background, With no investors, no fancy inheritance, and no financial backing, we began with zero funding but 100% commitment. Our mission was clear: earn first, borrow never. To gather initial capital, we worked in the real estate sector for 1–2 years. That hands-on experience taught us about customer expectations, market challenges, and how to survive in a competitive world.
Our First Break in Civil Construction
Fate gave us our first break when a government civil construction tender came up through a family connection. The project had been awarded but lacked technical expertise. We stepped in, applied our engineering skills, and successfully executed the contract. That one opportunity laid the foundation for what would become our future.
The Birth of Innocepts Solutions in 2013
With the learnings and confidence gained, we officially launched Innocepts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2013. We secured a government contractor license and began working on public infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, and canal construction.
Innocepts Solutions quickly became known for their work quality, commitment, and punctuality.
Engineering Meets Execution (Innovation at the Core)
While others focused on profits, Parveen and Pradeep focused on customer satisfaction. Their core belief:
Coming from a strong technical background, they spent countless hours in the lab our deep interest in testing of Raw material, Aggregates, Admixtures, and process optimization. They spent hours inside their plant’s lab, conducting trials with thousands of permutations, testing mix design innovations, and experimenting to perfect concrete quality.
In a city where they were newcomers, our clients quickly saw the difference and they built a loyal client base in record time. Their reliable quality, fastest supply, and personalized service earned them repeat orders and countless referrals from happy clients to their friends, relatives, and fellow builders. Word of mouth built our foundation stronger than any advertisement ever could.
They invested in the latest international RMC technology, high-capacity batching plants, and concrete placing with more powerful Boom Pumps & Line Pumps—ensuring every delivery was on time and of the highest quality.
We weren’t just delivering concrete — we were delivering consistency, reliability, and performance.
Soon, Innocepts Solutions became known as Faridabad’s No. 1 RMC Plant, and our brand grew faster than any ad campaign ever could.
A Green Future – The Solar EPC Division

While Innocepts gained momentum in construction, we also looked toward the future — a greener one. That’s when we launched our Solar EPC Division.
Many of our RMC clients invited us to install solar panels on their completed buildings. It was a natural extension of our journey — from building homes and structures to powering them with clean, renewable energy.
